We will spend some time getting into our bodies, call in, share intentions, see what feelings are present and find what is in the field to explore. It is unknown until the moment of sharing and feeling, who will have a constellation.

An individuals constellation involves other people in the group being chosen or feeling called to be representatives of certain energies, which can be people, parts of oneself, a concept, an emotion, literally anything that might be involved in the theme being explored.

Representatives are embodied, feeling bodily sensations, emotions, attraction or repel and the constellation plays out.

Guidance is offered to resolve conflicts through emotional expression, feeling and speaking out certain truths throughout the constellation.

The experience of representing can be just as powerful as seeing your own constellation play out. Witnessing a constellation can also bring the strongest insights into dynamics playing out in our own lives. Often themes relate to everyone called to join the workshop in various ways.
